MandalaStacks
Situation First

Map Complexity
Into Structured Clarity

MandalaStacks helps you separate signal from noise, weigh tradeoffs, and identify grounded actions. Start with your real question or situation.

Start with The GuideBring your question in plain language; The Guide routes you to the best-fit workflow.
Example: From Inquiry to StructureSynthetic Preview
Input: “I need to choose between two project directions with competing deadlines and unclear ownership.”

Signal vs Noise

Core delivery goal isolated from peripheral requests.

Key Tradeoff

Speed to initial pilot vs long-term architecture stability.

Grounded Action

Run a 2-week bounded spike before architecture lock.

Direct Tool Entry

Start Directly with Clarity

Already know you want Clarity? Enter your situation to start without Guide routing.

Redesigning Reflection

A Bounded Framework for Tangled Situations

MandalaStacks does not replace human thought. It provides a formal geometry to inspect complex situations legibly.

1

What You Bring

Diffuse situations, conflicting intentions, raw inputs, and situational noise. You do not need to format or prepare your thoughts first.

Input Stage
2

What MandalaStacks Does

Translates raw situational details into structured layers, separating signal from noise and key tensions using focused prompts.

Methodology
3

What You Receive

Clean structured drafts mapping trade-offs, constraints, evidence quality, and concrete experiments. Easily exported to Markdown or print-ready PDF formats.

Outcome

What the System Does Not Decide

We do not output final verdicts or dictate choice. We produce a provisional working sketch. All authority remains entirely with your own judgment.

MandalaStacks organizes reflective inquiry using concentric rings (R1 Seed Truth, R2 Focus & Axes, R3 Structural Scaffolds). Each layer bounds a specific degree of abstraction to prevent cognitive overload.

Trust Boundaries

Privacy-First Local Sandbox

Your situation entries and generated drafts are held in active client browser memory. Generation requests use server endpoints to produce structured drafts, which you can export anytime.

✓

No Signup Needed

Test the tools instantly. No account is required to generate, inspect, or export drafts to your device.

✓

Transparent Local & Remote Storage

Generator runs attempt remote saving when an owner identifier—including a guest identifier—is present. Without one, runs use browser-local history. Standardized results may also be saved as local draft bundles. A failed remote save does not guarantee a successful local save.

Ecosystem Stack

Understanding the Stack

MandalaStacks exists alongside open-source cognitive projects. Here is how they relate:

MandalaStacks

The user-facing application workspace layer. Renders generating forms, PDF reports, and provides session history persistence.

cognitive-os

The underlying framework authority. Governs schema generation, validation rules, and client-api boundaries.

Mandala OS

A future conceptual standard for unified cognitive runtime environments. Not yet operational.

Privacy & Analytics Consent

We use privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization and Consent Mode v2) only with your explicit permission to understand application usage and improve workflows. We never track your personal inquiry text or generator inputs.
