SROW Skill Lab

Structured Resolution-Oriented Writing Capability Lab

Phase 1 of 9: Orient0% Complete
Phase 1 — Orientation

What You Will Demonstrate

Given unfamiliar prose, reconstruct its information into the five SROW resolution layers (L0 Signal, L1 Structure, L2 Meaning, L3 Expansion, L4 Immersion) without materially altering source meaning.

No prior SROW knowledge is required. The opening measure uses ordinary-language distinctions; errors are expected evidence and never block progression. Any prior familiarity is contextual only, not a prerequisite or a capability determination.

Why SROW Matters

Unstructured prose often blurs identity, structure, claims, evidence, and actions together. SROW establishes five resolution layers so readers and reasoning engines can evaluate and navigate ideas without distorting source meaning.

Evidentiary Standard

Mastery in the Mandala Learning Protocol is not awarded for reading or page completion. Capability is established only when you demonstrate retrieval, guided application, novel domain transfer, and reassessment performance.

The 8 Learning Protocol Stages Ahead

  1. 1. Assess:Terminology-neutral baseline on an unseen intake passage.
  2. 2. Learn:Canonical instruction, worked example, and guided practice with feedback.
  3. 3. Retrieve:Active recall without reference materials.
  4. 4. Apply:Reconstruct fresh passage with misconception diagnosis.
  5. 5. Reflect:Articulate core distinctions in your own words.
  6. 6. Transfer:Independently classify a novel domain passage.
  7. 7. Reassess:Post-instruction benchmark measurement.
  8. 8. Evidence:Final capability determination and growth report.
